In my mind map I have decided to focus on four things that describe new media fenomena: its difference from the older mediums, its aims/what is it used for, what is it made of and what stands as a base for it. I tried to be objective when it comes to new media's good and bad sides (copyright, privacy abuse, etc.) but also treid to show its complexity and evolution (prosumers, interaction) and how deep it is rooted in our culture already (what it fuels). After reading all the assigned texts I felt overhelmed by the amount of possible issues to cover in a mind map that is the reason why I have focued on the aforementioned four questions.
